Concrete Repairs

Concrete is comprised of coarse granular aggregate material, water and a binding agent like cement. This mixture creates a porous material. It is known for its durability, but that does not mean it will last forever. When debris or moisture seep into the open spaces when the concrete is being surfaced or at a later point, the concrete deteriorates. Cracked concrete is not visually appealing, and it poses a potential danger to everyone who steps foot on your commercial property.

Some of the common reasons concrete resurfacing may become necessary are:

  • Continuous traffic wearing it down over time
  • Liquids seeping into the concrete and creating a good environment for mold and other bacteria
  • Extreme temperatures changes causing cracks

When concrete suffers extensive damage due to a fire or other extreme circumstances, a complete restoration becomes necessary.
